The Florida EBT card functions as a debit card for SNAP benefits, allowing recipients to purchase eligible food items. To check the balance, users can refer to their latest receipt, access the online portal, or call customer service at 1-888-356-3281.

Upon entering the 16-digit EBT number, the balance is displayed. Additionally, balances can be checked at supermarkets, ATMs, and pharmacy POS terminals.

Online: Register through the ACCESS Florida portal. Existing MyACCESS account holders can log in, while new users can create an account.

In Person: Applications can be submitted at any Department of Children and Families (DCF) office across Florida. Locate your nearest office here.

By Downloading the Application: Applications can be downloaded, completed, and submitted in person at a DCF office.
